        The Draper location, is a mess! Theres no sit down seating, they removed it because of the Covid-19, and they never put it back, its dirty, it could use a good cleaning. And, half of the time, the orders are wrong. It needs a new manager/ownerfor sure!! It used to be so nice, I dont know what has happened to it!!!!

        I paid $10 for a breakfast bagel, drove 20 minutes to work, took 2 bites and found a 15 inch long hair cooked into the egg!!! It was not all wound into the egg like you couldnt see it. It was hanging and mushed into the cream cheese as well. Freaking Disgusting!!!! I tried calling the location and every time you select the prompt to connect to a person, it restarts at the beginning of the prompts again! No matter how many times you try to select to talk to a person you never reach anybody. I called other locations and was able to get through to them just fine, the store is absolutely disgusting!!!
