Their online portal makes it easy for me to pay my rent online and submit a maintaince ticket if I have any issues, they are very fast to get someone out to fix any problems.

Has withheld my mail for 7 months, is probably in the trash now. Over changed me for cleaning when it was time to move out when I was the only one who cleaned shared spaces. They dont care, simply put.

Landlords beware. Stay away from this company. Only one staff member I worked with knew what they are doing. I have 13 rentals and was searching for property management company to offload properties. I chose StressFree because of the marketing videos and all of the promises. I gave them 2 rentals to manage. They are totally incompetent. The maintenance/handyman work was deplorable and had to be redone by professionals. Ex: towel bars fell off immediately after mounted because had no wall anchors, fans replaced when they were functioning, wrong color caulk on the tub instead of matching existing, charged for multiple AC maintenance calls when tenant just didnt understand how to operate thermostat. Unfortunately, I could go on. Promises were made in writing but agreements were broken. Ex: Agreed to inspect property mid-way through tenants lease but did not. That tenant did $2900 worth of damage which would have been caught earlier. The most unprofessional experience I have had with any organization. Stay clear.
