We originally listed our house for sale by owner in Vineyard. Travis Parker sent me a quick text and asked if he could send me a valuation and suggested we change our listing to $25k more than we originally listed. After seeing this, we decided to look into working with a realtor. Travis promised us that he would work hard and that we would net more than trying to sell on our own. He got professional photos of our home THAT SAME NIGHT, and continued to stay in close contact throughout the entire process. Travis not only sold our house but he sold himself. I sold my home with Travis Parker. He went above and beyond. I wanted to get $370,000 for my home, he was able to negotiate to get my family $397,000 and got the sellers to pay for our title fees. He is young, motivated knowledgeable and it seems like he had a a lot of experience. I used to hate realtors but with the social media marketing he did, he got us $27,000 more than we even wanted. On top of all that, I called him one night at 1 am and he woke up, answered my call, and answered my question. He also ALWAYS answered his phone. Thanks again Travis for taking care of us! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I sold my home with Travis Parker. I chose him on a whim; he had sold my neighbor's home for a lot over asking. I was a bit worried at first, because he seemed young and inexperienced. But this guy HUSTLES! My appraisal came in low, and before he even told me about it, he sent the appraiser rebuttal comps which increased the appraisal by thousands of dollars, which increased the purchase price by thousands. I had no idea that rebuttal comps were even a thing. I wanted to sell my furniture, and he handled the negotiation with the sellers so they got a good deal on furnishings and I had an easier move. He came over to my place multiple times at a moment's notice to handle small issues. He gave us a restaurant gift card so we could enjoy a dinner out when the buyers were doing their inspection. He is very competent, got good pictures of my home and marketed it well online. I had a million things happening -- multiple graduations, a wedding, and a move -- and Travis made the home sale nearly stress-free for me at an otherwise stressful time. He is a pleasure to work with and you should sell your home with him.
