Heather has done an excellent job of making insurance an absolute nightmare. Often taking days to respond to my communications, if at all, Heather has potentially set a record of 4 months and counting for acquiring life insurance. Multiple times throughout the process, we mentioned that the name on file was spelled wrong. Multiple times we were told it was taken care of. It was never taken care of and after months of delays, we finally get the policy...lo and behold the name is still spelled wrong. Would not recommend to anyone.
