Their stuff is cute but their communication stinks! And whoever was working the register made my experience awful! Nowhere do they have posted their return policy! I went to go return something and the lady I talked to said, "oh it's on our receipts!". Okay but you don't get a receipt unless you buy something! This isn't even what I was mostly frustrated at though. The lady I talked to was not nice at all! She was stone cold, all transactional and wasn't kind or polite at all. All she successfully did was make me feel extremely stupid and embarrassed for not knowing something they should've had made clear very early on! Lost my business 100%. For anyone who doesn't already know, you CANNOT RETURN anything except for store credit!! You can't get your money back!

When I say that I come here once a weekits no lie. The clothes are so cute and Brooke is AMAZING. I have dubbed her my personal stylist. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel beautiful in my skin!
