Edit 2/12/24 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After they gave my 13 year old daughter the root canal without knowing how to numb her and sending us to the emergency room, I was contemplating suing them for malpractice, but didnt want to do that to them. Turns out. THEY ARE SUE HAPPY and sued me. They put in red NO DISCOUNT) So I guess, now Ill look into suing for malpractice and traumatizing my child and sending her to the er.
TheyEdit 7/26/23 the root canal filling we got 2 months ago during this traumatic experience just fell out of her front tooth and we will go to her old dentist to have this filling repaired.
I didnt want to leave a negative review, and I held back for a while, but I received an extra bill today in the mail and felt like it was time to share my experience. Im giving two stars for the fact that they were able to get us in on the weekend where most others wont, so that is helpful, but our experience was truly a traumatizing one that ended up in the hospital. My daughter has had numerous dental procedures done including two root canals that were retreated three times each as well as many many feelings on cavities. She doesnt have good teeth, but weve never had an experience like we did at dental after hours. Shes even had another root canal since and again, we have never experienced the trauma we did with dental after hours.
They gave my daughter 7 numbing shots and none of them worked. She had a root canal with no numbing and kept saying she felt everything. They said they had gas, but she kept saying it wasnt working and we found out later, it was an empty tank. They never even considered giving her a nerve block and just kept shooting her mouth to the point that she actually started convulsing and crying. I almost passed out and had to lie on the floor on my back because my daughter was literally being tortured . Afterwords, she was screaming in agony so much that we had to rush to the emergency room to have her sedated because I was afraid she would go into cardiac arrest or shock. So now I have a ER bill as well, that honestly, they should pay, but of course they never offered that, so I have to pay for it. We had to go back to finish the treatment a few weeks later and they still didnt get the numbing right until I told them to do a nerve block and then that worked. (Why didnt he ever know to do that??) The dental hygienists were pretty unprofessional and kept doing things wrong and they just werent very professional. One girl kept talking about how she also works in the morgue and was going there after that treatment. She kept looking at her phone and then wouldnt wash her hands before grabbing more dental tools and touching my daughters mouth. I had to actually ask her to wash her hands after playing on her phone. The whole time the dentist was having to correct the hygienist and I just felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend going here. I tried to appreciate it, but I havent felt right not sharing my story in case this happens again. Also the Building they are in is very old and run down and looks very sketchy. I feel like I should have seen that and left because you can tell a lot about how good a dentist is by what they can afford for an office, in my opinion. The Building definitely matched our experience. We will forever have PTSD from visiting dental after hours.

These guys got me in crazy fast treated me like a million bucks and had my tooth out in minutes. The entire staff was incredible and made sure I was comfy and as pain free as possible. The process was smooth and seamless. Im not gonna say I enjoyed going to the dentist, but I didnt hate it as much as most times!

This weekend I went to Dental After Hours with Dr. David Flynn for lip fillers. I was greeted by Hailey she was so sweet and welcoming! Dr. Flynn was amazing at explaining the lip fillers and knew just what I wanted! Loved how my lips look they boost my confidence. If you want a warm, welcoming and friendly environment look up this office youll be happy you did! Thank you Dr. Flynn for your beautiful work!

Terrible!! They're costly, and pt care is awful. The doctor's assistant didn't know how to work the X-ray machine properly and spent less than 5 minutes polishing my teeth. If you have an appointment, still expect to be there a long time.

These guys are amazing, willing to work with you, and very flexible. They work with veterans even.
My friend was taken care of by these guys and they have been very helpful to get him where he needs to be .
Lastly his dental assistant jan is knowledgeable and not afraid to give suggestions and ideas. Any business can benefit from someone like that. Plus she gives the vibes of a combat medic. Making the best of any worst case scenario. We had the scanner malfunction and we had a blast navigating the malfunctions.
Ive watched techs crumble under less pressure.
