Unfortunately I did not a have a good experience here. Nice staff but dont use this dentist if you need more than cleaning. Really messed me up.

Been going to this place for 12 years now. Not worth it anymore. About a year ago they scheduled my appointment 7 months out, instead of the usual every 6 months (2x a year that our insurance covers). This time, my appointment was Dec 6th 2023, they asked me to schedule my next cleaning for August 2024 (their soonest availability), trying to convince me that its only 7 and a half months out. Quite clearly that is 9 months away. I told them I would not be coming back. Despite not setting up another appointment, when I left, I received a text confirming an appointment for August 13th 2024 WITHOUT my consent. They never even asked if that date or time worked for me, and I told them I would be finding somewhere that can get me in 2x a year. The dental hygienist was snarky and treated me like a child, and made me very uncomfortable. I dont know how more people arent frustrated by this situation. Are they deleting reviews talking about it?

We love Dr MacKay and everyone in his office! Everyone is so kind! The office is very clean. We've been coming here for years and would recommend Dr MacKay to anyone!
