Bountiful Dentistry may be one of the places I went to for bids for Invisalign over 4 years ago. Otherwise, no idea how they got my number. I have received over 20 appointment reminders for regularly scheduled cleanings that I did not schedule, voicemail follow ups, reported as junk, and they continue. This has occurred for over a year. Most recently, reminded of a crown being made for my tooth that I did not make.

Shirene, I am so sorry that this happened. We are so sorry for any confusion. You are correct, you did have a consultation with us for invisilign. However, since then we have added another patient with your exact same name. That is where the confusion has started. Again, I am so sorry. I don't believe we were ever notified that the text reminders were being sent to the wrong patient. So again, I am so sorry. I totally get why this was annoying and frustrating!

Great staff! The dental clinic looks clean and organized. My dental hygienist, Allison was amazing! Dr. Eggett is great too! I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Stobbe is the Best, I only trust him with my dental care! He is very professional and he is very kind! We love Dr. Aaron Stobbe he is my Doctor and he is our family Dr. Thank you Dr. Stobbe for changing my life and my family's life for the better! Because of you we all have beautiful smiles ! I highly recommend Dr. Stobbe to everyone.
