We met Ephraim through our son and he is very personable, respectful, and sincere. He had our best interest in mind as he explained to us how his products work and could best help us in our situation. He was very sensitive to our financial situation and encouraging. He was also patient with our questions since we do not have a strong knowledge of retirement plans and all the ins and outs. But, he helped us understand them in a basic way which made it all very clear and simple for us to make an informed decision with our retirement accounts. He is very trustworthy and the products are low risk, moderate risk, or higher risk depending on your comfort level. And, he respected our wishes and desires the entire way.
