Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I used to bank with Bank of America but when I moved to Utah there were no branches. One of my employees does though and when I had to pay her with a paper check they took a week to release the funds. I went to my bank and they assured me that one phone call from Bank of America and they could authenticate the check. I went to Bank of America with my license, bank information, and the receipt for the paper check. The manager, Mr. Romney, made copies of my license, bank card, and the receipt. I explained that I was her employer and had been for nearly 6 months. We have deposited the same amount every two weeks give or take a bit and that this week I had missed the deadline for direct deposit. She had some bills that needed to be paid so I had given her a check. He assured me that he was going to advocate for my employee and get the funds released. He said even expedited it would take 3 days but he would call and let us know. Neither of us got a call, after three days I went back in and left him a note stating she still did not have her money since he had clients in his office. No phone call, nothing. It took Bank of America a week to release a paycheck. All it would have taken was one phone call but instead we were ghosted by the manager and still waited a week.

Hello reader. We had the opportunity to be assisted by a person whose name I did not realize, who was kind, assertive and effective in helping us resolve an issue that the ATM would not allow us to do. What I do recommend is that if there are a lot of people at the bank, they may lose patience when there is only one person available.
