Zions Bank American Fork

I recently opened a business account with Zions and had a very positive experience. They were clear with me about what I needed to bring ahead of time when I called and the whole thing was up and running in less than an hour. What I love the most about this specific branch is their "Museum" in the branch. Yes, I said museum. They currently have a traveling museum featuring soil, pottery, and creatures from Utah soil. Lichen under microscope, taxidermized critters, different soil samples from all over Utah. It's worth a visit just to peruse this traveling exhibit. It kept me fascinated for about 15 minutes and make me feel uplifted, especially for a visit to a bank!

Had a paycheck that my bank was unable to cash do to Zions denying funds. I Was told to bring in to a Zions branch, were the bank manager Paul spoke to the owner of the account and could not find a reason why, and chashed the check, But was still unwilling to wave the check cashing fee. So I got charged for being inconvenienced. Paul was very unless and very dismissive, acting like just because I'm not a member I didn't matter. Dealing with Zions in the past would have always been a 5 star until today.
