I love this place! I've had issues with dealerships in the past but these guys know what they are doing and only use the best on cars. I had alot of questions about my cars brakes problem and they were honest and told me what causes the issue and were able to get it fixed and I've had zero problems with my brakes since. Will always highly recommend over dealerships.

I was ripped off. Less than 1 year ago and less than 10,000 miles ago, this business replaced my front and rear brake pads and rotors all the way around.
At my most recent oil change, they said I needed new rear brake pads and rotors. If it needed new brakes they should have covered it under warranty and I should not have to pay for it twice.
For my car Toyota recommends replacing the coolant every 100,000 miles, and so I asked them to change it. They also replaced the radiator and radiator hoses and said they needed to be replaced even though my car wasnt leaking at all beforehand and Ive never had any issues with the cooling system. My car has never overheated. You only replace the radiator if its leaking and causing overheating or if someone broke it.
They also said I needed to replace the spark plugs at the 100,000 mile mark, but my Toyota Maintenance manual says they need to be change every 120,000 miles. My engine was having zero issues when I brought it in for an oil change.
They also charged $79 in labor to replace my wipers. It only takes 30 seconds to replace them and the ones they put on look old and they make awful noises when I use them.
They charged me $3173 for a ton of services that my car did not need.
They should have only changed the oil and my coolant. They charged an outrageous $380 just for the coolant flush when other businesses would charge 200-240.

This place is clean and has a huge waiting area for you and your kids to hang out. It was very convenient to call and make an appointment. They will drive you to and from home/work if needed. It is so close to my work its a 5-10 minute walk which is very convenient to drop off in the morning and pick up after work. I also really like you you can check the status of your car through a link that they will send you. Their customer service is very good. They are helpful and willing to explain whats going on. And a fair price .

This is a first for me. I had new tires put on my car and the place accidentally broke one of my studs. No big deal. They said take it to Main Street mechanics to get it fixed. So I called them and they essentially denied me service. They wouldn't allow my car to be even looked at until sometime in June. It's March 29th today. I mean I understood today might not work. I figured they say come in on Monday. But no they won't even repair or look at my car for 3 months. I've never contacted a car mechanic before and said I have money and a broken car and what I needed to get fixed was too beneath them to fix. There are other places who actually do want your business id suggest going there.
I took the car to Boss Automotive in Lehi and they got me right in and out with the stud replacement. If main Street had told me to come back next week. That would have been fine. But 3 months is too much.
