I've been using CTHC for some time and I see their crew during their visits from time to time. The other night my high-water alarm went off. When a sanitarian finally showed up the next morning, he showed me how dirty the filter inside the pump was and how that was preventing water flow out of my tank. Because of how dirty the filter was, and the fact that nothing has changed in my household in over 3 years, the sanitarian assured me that the filter had not been inspected/cleaned in a very long time. How could this be when I've been paying CTHC for regular maintenance service? I'm very disappointed in CTHC for this major inconvenience and the lackluster response to this matter.

CTHC Septic has been my Septic maintenance team for a few years. They are very reasonable with their prices and now offer Septic system pump out and cleaning. Thank you to Joseph and his team.
