I called Vanessa and ordered an inspection of a septic system for a home we recently purchased. She said it would cost maximum $250. They came out and pumped three of the four tanks and said I needed a new float switch. They then charged my debit card $525!! I didn't want or need the system pumped out. I didn't ask for that either. The owner told me too bad and refused to make this right. Stay away from these folks. They lack integrity and they're not honest.
