When the landlord opted to not renew for reasons not our fault, Patti chose to not respond to texts, emails, or answer our phone calls. We have reported maintenance needs and no one has come by a month later. We also we're accused by the AC co. of stealing copper from the AC unit. Owner found the original blueprints of this AC unit and found the accused stolen item actually never existed for this model. No apologies from anyone. Patti only started responding, and almost rudely, when we direct messaged her explaining we plan to exchange an item we installed w the original. The duration of our rent, she seemed kind, understanding and genuine. Suddenly, unprofessional and avoiding us when questions needed answers after notification of non renewal. Sad.

The Team at Gibson Properties has been great to my family. During our move they were responsive and helpful. Even when we asked about Properties we didn't plan to see they took the time to show us our options. I also want to give them extra credit for taking care of our 2 maintenance request fast and professionally. Thank you Gibson Properties.
