Wow! I cannot recommend Brittany Bailey enough! For many months, we were looking for a home, fixers, land, new builds, you name it. Brittany Bailey has helped us with several real estate transactions both buying and selling. Shes the best. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Weve dealt with other agents in the past but none as good as Brittany. Cant recommend her enough. Id give her 10 stars if I could.

Very simply, our deal would not have been completed without Jonathan. He went way above and beyond in order to fix an issue that came up during diligence. His knowledge of the market was remarkable - he even predicted the appraisal to the dollar! Super nice guy that helped at every step along the way and was just fun and easy to work with. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Brittany Bailey and her team. We used Brittany in early 2023 to sell our home in Driftwood after a frustrating experience with our previous realtors.
From the first time we sat down and spoke with Brittany, we could tell she was knowledgeable, capable, and experienced in her field. It was very reassuring and we knew we were in good hands.
She helped us line up some minor repairs and had contacts to help clean and photograph our home before we listed it again for sale.
