        I sat down with Melissa to talk about what properties were available in this tiny town, and she was on top of it; what was just posted on the MLS, what was just sold in the area, what areas were really nice, what areas typically had unrestricted construction, etc. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She also was just very friendly and down to Earth - not someone who struck you as "oh, this is just another salesperson". Thank you ma'am.
