Beth took the parameters for the kind of property I was looking for and not only showed me what met my needs, but other properties that she thought might also appeal to me and my wife as well. Did she hit a home run! She brought us to a property outside of our guidelines and we fell immediately in love with it! That was half the battle. We met Beth on a Skype call when we decided we wanted to move to the Hill Country. We had an international move to plan, from Ecuador to Texas with two large dogs and only a few ideas about how to go about 'resettling' in the states. Beth worked tirelessly to help us find a furnished house to lease in Wimberley. It needed a fence for the dogs; she recommended a very reliable guy who built it during his time off. We needed to know the lay of the land around the Wimberley Hill Country. She knew all the nooks and crannies and helped us settle. Beth knows the Hill Country because she has lived here for decades. She knows the properties, the market, the ways people live here. Most importantly, she LISTENED to what we wanted and how we wanted to live here. Down to earth, personable, extremely honest with a sense of humor. Cannot say enough about Beth and the friendly Gibson Properties associates we met!
