Connect Packing and Shipping is the best!! Mrs. Kim and other staff are professional and very thorough when it comes to ensuring you experience great service. Since 2022, Midas Touch Ministries (501c3) has a mail box, received and mailed packages, purchased a variety of promotional/marketing personalized gifts for different events and occasions. Also, I had personal documents notarized. I highly recommend Connect Packing and Shipping.

The owner, Kim, has the worst customer service I had experience in Wichita Falls. I never expected that from an owner. An employee treated me better than her. I sent a fax, and she pretended that I had to pay even though she didn't give me the confirmation. I asked her why, and the answer was so unproperly. She's treated the other lady was next to me well. I know that I'm not white, but Im american. Anyways, we don't suppose to discriminate people. We don't deserve this type of customer service fir a servicewe'repayin. This is called discrimination
I'm not recommending this place at all. It is better to go to the library or UPS.

Not Great For Black People . I went there and was not helped professionally . I sent an email and she said they didnt receive the emails but never went to the emails to check ! Her screen was on the same page , she was reading before . .
