        We have been using Texas Home Base for over two years. We primarily live in Panama now and this has been a great solution for receiving our US mail, bills, etc. The price is right compared to other similar offerings and I love that they get rid of the junk mail and scan all of my mail! I cannot recommend them enough.

        I have not had a great experience. Nice people but I've had issues with my bank and my car insurance giving them the address that was provided to me by texas home base. I think if you need a po box this is fine but if you need to use this as a "permanent address" as in my situation you could run into problems. I would not use again

        I have been using THB's service since 2020. They CARE about their customers from the bottom of their heart, and they try their best to be very responsible. I have no complaints but only good words to describe their service!!! I have never been disappointed!

      John, Thank you for your review. Many clients do use the address that we issue as a "permanent" address on their licenses and for their insurances. Texas Home Base is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA) and the address that we issue is a Private Mail Box (PMB). It is not a PO Box. Banks are not allowed to accept the PMB address because of the Patriot Act. That law states that a PO Box or a PMB can't be used as a "residential" address. However, it has been established that a bank can accept any other address as the "residential" address and the PMB address as the "mailing" address. If you are still having an issue with your address please let me know. I would love to help resolve the issues. Our service to our clients is always our most important goal. It is my hope that we have given you the best service relating to your mailing needs. If you are having issues with the mailing service, please let me know. I want to resolve the issue immediately. Once again, thank you for your review.
