FedEx OnSite

This was at Walgreen"s corner SWPKY/Kemp The first visit was a return, all the guy had to due was scan the code sent to me by FedEx, he insisted he didn't need it so I let it go and let him scan whatever. Two days later it showed up on door (of course because it has my mailing address on the same mailbag they requested it be sent back in). Yes I DID go back to the same place I felt it could be a learning experience for them and more convenient for me. I had two different guys trying to help Both insisted They didn't need the code I insisted they did and explained why. My package was successfully sent.

Nothing much can be done here. They only accept to send the labeled and packed packages, they do not ship it from their end. Dont waste time coming here but go to an actual fedex location that can ship.

Great service. Used their cart to move a very heavy package through the door and right straight up to the counter. All of two minutes I was scanned and gone. Great Job! Also, I am a writer and my latest novel out is easy to find with just one Google search of my name.
