        I cant thank your representative enough for all the help she gave me. She was not only knowledgeable about my issue but she was beyond kind in guiding me through entering everything in my phone. Good job and thank you for hiring such great people.

        This place sucks when it comes to fraud!!!!!!! 1st you try to call all all phones are automate.. after holding for 46 minutes I got disconnected... called back told me I was 3rd in line. I was 1st earlier.. not gonna hold for an hour and a half. Then I tried a diffrent department and got right through.. she was able to help me.... though it was the wrong department... now I gotta call another number to dispute a fraudulent charge.. very disappointed in this bank... I reccomend do not use them!!
