I was having trouble with my mortgage company saying I was behind 6 months and needed a large amount of money or they were going to take my home ! A realtor in Wichita falls ,Tonya Ruff hopped to help me find a bank to assist me in 1 day . She contacted the men at First United Bank and they saw me the next day ..Slade Hodges quickly assisted me in finding out the problem and THIS bank helped me to regain my home in 3 days and helped me finance the needed money to recover from the mistakes made .He treated me like i had been a customer for years not days. They were professional ,courteous, but most of all calming to my situation .I have been banking at another credit union for years , but when I get a day off you can bet I will be changing to this bank !! I have never been treated with so much professionalism and kindness from a bank before , they made me a believer that some Banks do care and want to help .
