I also needed some Lancome moisturizer and wandered around for 15 minutes trying to find it. An associate eventually noticed my frustrated expression and asked if I needed help. She told me that location didn't carry Lancome and then on my way up to the register I found Lancome!
Update over 12 months later.
I went in and was greeted by 6 Associates by the front door. I asked them where I could find what I needed and they pointed and said "over there". I searched for 20 minutes, looking for what I needed with no offer for assistance. I did make eye contact with two Associates while I was back there but they ducked their head and walked away quickly. I walked back up to the front and saw all six of the ladies that greeted me standing there chatting. There was a long line and one cashier. I will never come back to this store.
