Saddle Ridge Apartments

Saddle Ridge is stepping up with new paint job. Management is amazing always planing stuff for residents. The apartments are wonderful I've been here 7 years and love to call this my home.

I have lived here for 1 going on 2 years now. When I first moved in all the reviews definitely worried me but I have come to realize all those reviews are a little ridiculous. If you clean your apartment you wont have roaches, I have never even seen a roach or any bugs at all in my apartment for the past year & a half. The manager is on top of everything & has always emailed me back within 5-10 minutes. Work orders are always done quickly & the maintenance guy is so nice. The parking situation is fine if you need an extra spot then pay for it, I do not understand the confusion behind this because you are made aware of this policy BEFORE you sign the lease. People will always complain just to complain, this is an amazing community and the manager is always putting in the work to make it better. The remodel is great I love that management decided to repaint all the buildings.

I haven't even filled out the application form yet, and the woman in the leasing office was just extraordinarily, genuinely kind. Most people I've met in similar positions couldn't care less about people coming in, but this place seems like it's trying to build a good community

They need to really update there apartments and add more parking spaces. Needs nicer landscaping.
