        its a trap evelyn is a con artist. i highly recommend not going here. ESPECIALLY if your looking for low income housing, the maintenance people hardly help out and usually you would have to wait more than 4+ days. There is No parking and evelyn will tow you if you are even parked in the wrong spot (this goes for even being a resident too). The apartments were filthy and there was always a cockroach problem (and we like to stay super clean) plus a 2k fee if you break the lease:) DO NOT GO HERE THERE IS BETTER OPTIONS!!!

        I have a friend that lives here. His apartment is an economy apartment. The price is right for him and hes never had a problem with other tenants. He gets a lot of packages delivered to his door as he does a lot of mechanic work on the side and no one has ever stolen anything that's been delivered, but it is a concern considering the location to a major roadway and there's not much in the way of security.

        Is nice and quiet visiting my realatives but shocked to learn they are chargimg them for electric an water with no meter attached to there apartment in the middle of contract with mere weeks warning.

Easy access to I-20 gives you the ability to head to Fort Worth which is just 30 minutes away. If you want to stay nearby there are plenty of dining options as well, such as The Mesquite Pit for your BBQ fix or Fire Oak Grill.
