I went up there Tuesday and was helped by a wonderful lady called Shae. She was outstanding. Shae made sure that I understood everything. She took the time to help with any questions I had. I definitely recommend chase and anyone who does to see Shae. What a lovely lady. We need more people like her.

I was really trying to give this branch an opportunity but today (2/28/24) was it for me. We have been banking with Chase for over 12 years with no problem until we started using this branch since it just opened and its close to our home and business. We not only use Chase for personal banking but have our business bank accounts with them so I have to visit the branch 1-2 times a week and from the first time dealing with CELEST, she has been plain condescending and has had a smart remark to any of my questions, specially when trying to get clarification. Today for example I just wanted to make sure that a transaction was going to be marked as cash deposit despite not having tangible cash in the transaction since it was between my two business accounts, she very rudely snapped and answered THATS THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT! Then at the end I still had a question but she just started walking away and giving her back to me like saying she was done dealing with me despite not asking if I needed something else which I sure did! The time prior to that which was 2 days ago I was doing two different transactions and she asked me a question regarding one transaction and I was trying to figure out which on the two transactions she was working on when she had the nerve to ask me if I was feeling okay, and trust me it was not in the concern way she asked. Or the time I requested a service that they offered for one of the business accounts she acted like she was doing me a favor a took her sweet time getting it done if it wasnt for another representative there that actually wanted to help me, I think I would still be waiting for it. If it wasnt for the rest of the nice staff I would of just fired this branched and possibly even Chase altogether and taken all my 3 accounts (1 personal and 2 business accounts) somewhere else that will treat me with at least some kind of decency and know the meaning of customer service! This person CELEST is running business away from this branch and is definitely no asset to the business. Sincerely, Valeria

Extremely poor service. Been with Chase many years and have never had to go back multiple times and all their bankers backed up because they wont staff properly. Cant even open another checking account without an appointment days ahead. Went in at 3:30, sat down with the banker Juan by 3:40 and then he tells me he has an appointment in 20 minute and for some stupid reason wont help me until after his next appointment! Guess he wanted 20 minutes to twiddle his thumbs.. They just dont really seem to care about it.
