The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and grounds are well maintained.

Our son lived here for 16 months while he went to TSTC. The management matched him with roommates that became friends. The rooms themselves were clean & I would say comparable to most dorm style living. There was a bathroom leak situation that had to be addressed midway through his stay but it was fixed by maintenance pretty quickly. Lisa, in the office, was always very helpful if we had questions about payments etc. She was very accommodating!

If I could give a 0, I would!! Move in for college students was horrible. Roaches, no doorknobs on doors, not cleaned, NO A/C, foundation issues, mold on vents/walls(they denied that part), ALOT smaller than stated on website. We waited entire day to receive response from management and only got one after asking numerous times. Needless to say, we found a MUCH better apartment for a better price!! Management lied about refunds!!
