So, I had to move so I was going to transfer power. Since I had to switch from TNMP to CP they had to redo the contract. This is where things turned south quick.

They couldn't verify my identity even though I was a customer. So, they said they couldn't give me service. I said OK. Less than 4 days later after I found another provider and they confirmed I wouldn't be getting service from several supervisors I get a welcome email Today. Their staff has no idea what is going on and can only read from a script.

Now they can't tell me if I will have service interruption because of their actions and or if they will override the provider I went with.

I swear on my mom and all that is holy avoid this company at all costs if you can ever foresee yourself reaching out to their bottom dollar outsourced customer service agents.

The supervisors are nice and are in the US but they honestly do not know what is going on either and has to call another department for clarification.

They did this for me on two separate occasions and I went off what they told me and now I am in this situation they put me in.

My bill was nearly $700. I entered my payment details online and it said it couldn't process, please try again. Did it two more times and then closed the site figuring it was having "issues" and I'd try again later. Their system charged me three times and they are telling me now that I just have to wait for my money to come back in a few days, maybe a week and there's nothing they can do. I just have to suck it up but gee whiz they are really sorry for the inconvenience. This should be illegal, only serves to screw the normal people.

They billed me for April twice. I paid. The check cleared. Ive now been on hold for a supervisor for half an hour as the first caller in line to attempt to rectify this situation.

It is well after opening time of 8 am, yet the phone number to contact them is just an automated message. You can continue to call them every hour and it's the same thing. How is this legit?
