2 stars because most of the workers are polite. HOWEVER, the prices are disrespectful! This company has made 3 trips to my home. First visit was for a gas leak. The guy that was sent out was nice, but he was definitely trying to make sales. I wasn't happy about the gas that quickly filled the room while my 10 day old baby was in the house. No warning was given, im thinking maybe the gas was already in the pipes when he started. Either way, a heads up would have been nice. Second visit, this guy was nice and professional but we were both confused about the visit. I was expecting someone to help with one issue and he was scheduled for something totally different. He remained professional and helped best he could. Third visit was initiated by C. WOODS for a complimentary evaluation for my plumbing throughout my home. There were 2 guys that showed up, and they both were nice. After asking questions, it was clear the younger guy did not have much experience. Lucky for me the older guy stepped in and politely corrected him and provided the information I was seeking. They provided a email with the prices for repairs. The prices were INSANE! They were not competitive. I asked for quotes for a water heater replacement. I was provided a quote for a gas, electric and tank less. One quote was as high as $4,400!! I was able to hire another local license plumbing company that was able to complete the job for $900 and they were able to come in a timely manner! I called the office to verify the quotes because it was so far off. I plan to never call C.Woods again.

They always answer their phone promptly and send a repairman who communicates arrival time. They have repaired my heat/air conditioning several times. I appreciate their dedication to serving customers.

We switched to C.Woods after 14 yrs with another company and many disappointments. What I love is that they listen. IF something doesn't go exactly as planned, and in dealing with humans that is often the case, they listen, address, and hold up their end of the solution. They do good work, prices are fair and the staff is friendly. Thumbs up here:) Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair
