        Not my favorite plumber experience. I've asked my home warranty to send me someone else next time we have a plumbing need. Allen Steele came 2-3 times for different services and they did the work well but wouldn't go back and fix something that they reinstalled incorrectly. It wasn't a big deal (faucet handle twisting the wrong way) but I shouldn't of had to push the matter and I left it because he made me feel uncomfortable about asking. Sometimes you have to stay on them for additional service or quotes. They are fine but again, I've decided to follow my gut on this.
