In my opinion nurse practitioner donna jackson at the 2990 N. Broadway location is really bad at her job. Going to the doctors is already extremely stressful for me. What makes it even more painfully stressful are the difficult medical professionals, such as Jackson, that make their patients feel unheard, uncomfortable, and disrespected. I would not recommend going to see her if you are looking for a medical professional who cares, listens, and is organized. Fogle at the 214 E Houston location is a much better alternative and I highly recommend her!

Have never had a problem with this office..they always take care of my child and are kind and caring. Have been with them a couple of years..the staff is friendly and accomadting when i needed paper work for achool or or other places..

Perla Lopez is the kindest and most caring doctor there has ever been. She has helped me with so many things. I have found there office staff to be kind. YOu can tell it is a very busy office and to see Perla I don't mind waiting. I think she is the only medical professional in tyler left that actually cares and will listen and take you seriously.
