I LOVE DR.C.POWELL SHES MY DOCTOR AND I WOULD NOT CHANGE IT FOR ANYTHING SO IF SHE LEAVES THE OFFICE AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE IMA BE RIGHT BEHIDE HER BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD AND NOW MY FIANC AND MY MOTHER GO TOO TO HER

Not great customer service and the scheduling is the WORST! I do not understand the UT health system here and why we cant just call the office directly. The scheduling people dont know the answer to things and they couldnt even get through to the office to ask a question. If UT is reading this PLEASE reconsider how you run things with where the patients can call into. It is so frustrating to not be able to call directly to the office I am going to for scheduling and asking questions. I LOVE Dr. Sharkey, but he is the only 5 star thing about this office.

Patient confidentiality is just ignored. Went in, one of the women up front yelled to another across the room while I was standing in front of her and announced to everyone about why I was there, my insurance status, and test results from before. The other yelled back what I needed to pay, and when it was time to due so, she looked annoyed about the fact she needed to run my card. That whole interaction was frustrating and embarrassing. The nurse who took care of me was great, it was just the front who were unprofessional.
