Marissa K. ( midwife ) Re- worded everything I said in MYCHART! .. as I stated my blood pressure is never high at any of my other visit, I believe its a bit high now because my arm has been pumped 7 -10 times on the electric machine and still says error ! . NOT just because I said Im going to be a nursing student so I know I dont have high blood pressure !! And the fact that I asked how was I considered high risk to her ? And she replied BECAUSE IM BLACK as the answer is unprofessional ! Theres ways to get the point across . How about starting with studies have shown etc etc so yes I refused blood being drawn or any other work needing to be done requested by her . Honesty along with compassion goes a long way .. and just because a provider knows more then a patient , doesnt mean they shouldnt give the patient better education on why theyre doing what theyre requesting to be done . And I also did NOT refuse to sign any paper as she states in mychart nor did I refuse the 24hr urine sample .

Waited over an hour to be seen. Very inconsiderate of patients time spent waiting. This place is a joke.

I done called these people cause Im currently 10 weeks pregnant and been bleeding for a week!!!! I came to this appointment a little late which is my fault and said they said I couldnt be seen then even know I reminded them I am BLEEDING!!!!!!!! I still couldnt be seen She said I would just have a conversation with the nurse ? Like why when Im telling you I am BLEEDING whyyyyyyy would I come to appointment just to have a conversation???!!!!!!!! Like it dont make any damn sense. Do better!!!!!!!
