Absolutely love this pre-school! The part time program is very flexible, but we utilize the full time program also. Curriculum based, extremely communicative, one of a kind staff, very flexible, quick drop off and pick up, very clean, safety conscious, current on technology, fairly priced, and Ill repeat it in a different way, AMAZING staff. I honestly dont have a single bad thing to say about Building Rainbows. I have a 4 year old that started with them since he was a newborn and my oldest was 3 and VERY difficult when he started there, if I remember correctly. If it wasnt for Mrs. Craddy, I dont think my oldest would have survived outside of the home haha!

Best daycare around! Managers/owner are so very sweet and caring, the staff is treated nicely and the kids get along great with the teachers. Very clean and professional

I enrolled my child here at 2 months old. On my first pick up, I was not asked for my ID. I was not asked my name. I was asked my childs name and I was handed him. After bringing this to the directors attention for security concerns, they did admit to not immediately recognizing me at the door. The director was receptive and assured me that staff would be reminded to request ID for new families. Since, I had not felt that my son was completely safe at this facility. My son was constantly sick in the months he attended. From November to May we went through RSV, COVID (then I got it), flu, Hand Foot Mouth (then I got it), several colds and pink eye. I had to be home with him so often that I was docked pay at my job. I realize infants are sick a lot in the first year, but every other week was a nightmare for our family financially. Per policy, babies must also be 12 months for any absence credit. My son had severe diaper rash (bleeding) that required prescription cream from the pediatrician. He had also come home once in a dried vomit shirt that had gone unnoticed (it was the same shirt we sent him in that morning) when we packed bibs everyday. An email alert that a high / intoxicated man was walking through the facilitys parking lot talking to himself was concerning. We appreciated the sensory activities put together, and the crafts done with the babies. When we withdrew, a portfolio came home with all his crafts which was nice. Our sons teacher and the staff had great communication. Overall, we wanted more for our son and were disappointed as this place had other great online reviews.

I love, love, love this school! The staff is amazing!! They ALL care about my little ones. All the teachers, throughout the building, know both of my children by name and personality. They are extremely responsive and attentively respond to any concerns or questions I have. My children have attended for about 2 years. In those years, there are many family-oriented activities presented to keep the parent/child/teacher relationship strong. They have family dinners, parades, parent-teacher "Sunshine" calls, holiday gatherings, breakfasts, and art activities to bring everyone together. Keep up the good work! :)
