Kids' Laughing & Learning Center

Because of staffing issues, my 8 week old was subjected to an unsafe environment. Our infant class had to be combined with larger kids. My infant was violently rocked (in a rocker) by a larger kid while the 1 staff member in the room (with 7 kids) was on their phone. Later in the day, he was pulled closer to a teacher in the same rocker where she watched him being rocked harshly (again) by a larger student. This could have led to shaken baby syndrome, the rocker flipping over and multiple other dangerous scenarios. Concerns were raised with the front office and his teachers. It was suggested to us to just not bring him the next day. Both my husband and I have full time jobs & we were still expected to pay the full weekly rate even though our son wasnt guaranteed a safe environment. As their solution the next day, they placed my son in the rocker inside of the cribanother unsafe scenario where he was completely ignored. We immediately picked him up & unenrolled him.

We love KLLC!! The facility is great and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend if you need a place for your kiddos. Love having the ability to look at the classroom camera during the day in case Im missing my baby.

The staff is so caring and attentive. My child comes home so happy every time. Her favorite teacher is Ms. Jaylynn.

This daycare is the best in the area! Highly recommend because their staffs are amazing. They are always so kind and warm towards everyone!!!!

This is a clean daycare. The ladies in the front are super nice. I feel comfortable leaving my children.
