        If you set an appointment time they will not look at your vehicle for 48 hours from that appointment drop off time. They will also not provide transportation in the time you have your vehicle up there. That doesnt count the repair time. A process like this is only put in to place to make it difficult on the consumer to turn in a warranty, so Tomball ford can save money. I will not be purchasing a car from any dealership with this policy on my next vehicle. There are dealerships that will see my vehicle at least the same day I drop it off with a scheduled appointment. I dont know of any mechanic shop with this same process. It is clear to me Tomball ford does not care about their customers, they just want to get new customers not keep the ones they have. Sad to see so many customer reviewing with the same frustration and Tomball ford responds to everyone with a marketing person doing damage control but they clearly know the process is bad and continue to use it to save money and shaft the customer. CHANGE THE PROCESS, or dont respond to me!
