The complex is well maintained but as other tenants comment, the attention from the administrative staff is terrible. They do not have the slightest empathy for the Hispanic community. It is not a good place to live. If you are Hispanic, you will always have a bad response and a bad attitude from the administrative staff to your concerns and at this time if you want to rent you must prove that you are a NASA engineer with an income of 6 figures a year to see if you are worthy of living in their property, I can't wait to give them their apartment and move out of here , the only friendly person is Miss Danielle, the rest has nothing to rescue.

Don't waste your time or money applying for these apartments. They ask you for an endless number of papers. They welcome you with the approval of the apartment and 2 days before the move they say that it was denied for unjustifiable reasons. Horrible experience and waste of time.

Considering renting at Everlee Apartment? Think again. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. For years, I endured a persistent roof leak issue in my apartment that the Everlee maintenance team seemed incapable of resolving. Despite numerous reports and attempts to fix it, the problem persisted, causing damage and posing health risks due to mold growth. Their maintenance efforts were not only ineffective but also inadequate, leaving me frustrated and concerned about the safety of my living environment. I ended up having no other option but to move out, terminating my lease early. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a rental property where maintenance issues are taken seriously and promptly addressed. Everlee Apartment is definitely not worth the hassle.
