Performance Medicine at The Woodlands Hospital - The Woodlands, TX

My other half has been telling me how unprofessional the office staff he spoke with was, but I didnt believe it until I called for myself and spoke to Jennifer. I called to inform them he would be a litttle late due to traffic and she didnt even let me speak and cut me off. I work front office and very unprofessional to not hear the customer out. She didnt even look him up in the system. Front office staff in the face and voice of the company. Jennifer needs some training on how to be more kind. Just saying

I started speech therapy at Performance Medicine with Mrs. Shirley Locke, MS, CCC-SLP with a barely audible Hoarse whisper for a voice. After scheduling by two of the busiest and kindest young ladies in the office, Holly and Nancy, who keep an army of patients humming through their doors seamlessly. I met with Mrs. Locke who not only loves what she does, but does it with love. It is such a distinct pleasure to have found this awesome "Lady." I cannot believe my own transition on the physical but also the psychological, emotional, and spiritual levels I have been personally affected by what has been the most ethical and professional rehabilitation therapy ever experienced. I know already that I will be continuing with her well advised exercises the rest of my life and I even have enough evidence for a well founded hope of singing. On top of this what seemed a shure track to surgery is disappearing from the list of options. I feel obliged to give these Medical Professionals a high five on here. They will never know the extent of my personal gratitude!

This review should have been done along time ago. Unfortunately, it's too much to say about the atmosphere. I never seen so many people who did not value what they do or their jobs. It's really only 1 Physical Therapist there that keeps me going back, but the front desk service is a major deterrent. I see some new faces at the front desk now, hopefully things will get better. However, I want get my hopes up too high, because the people causing the problems are still around. Therefore, I am still paying to mistreated. Chi St. Luke's needs to hire people with excellent people skills instead of bullies. Some of these front desk workers treat you like they are doing you a favor, verses making you feel welcomed. The doctors and my favorite PT are Great. SMH
