    This has been the worst medical experience I have dealt with and I would not recommend this practice to anyone. In fairness let me say that I have never met Dr. Bigler and the doctor I was seeing left the practice but his name is on the practice and so I would hope or think that he would care what his patients concerns and issues are. Below I will explain in detail but here is my issue in a nutshell I have been waiting since September 1st for an authorization request to be sent to my insurance for a medicine that was prescribed to me from this office. I was told after numerous phone calls and emails through Mychart that it was finally sent on 9/19, but as I write this, I still have never received an answer so it probably wasnt ever sent. Not to mention one of the front desk office ladies is so rude and disrespectful, she helped me make my final decision to leave and find another doctor.

    The doctors here are great, the nurses and staff are not. Incredibly rude... I called in about a missed appointment because the doctor's office refused my refill (they didn't contact me or even mention it at an appointment I had with them the week before)... they blamed me, laughed at me because I was upset about it, and were just generally snotty and rude to me. I will not go back there, and am warning friends and family to stay away.

    A conversation from this morning: Me: "Given the data available on the efficacy of cloth masks, your requirement gives me concern about your ability to perform your role as medical expert adequately" Agape: "You obviously don't understand how it works sir" Me: "I dont understand how it works? Your mask doesn't even cover your nose!" Agape is still requiring masks on all patients over two years old. Beyond that, Agape has other administrative issues that have been bothersome over the last few years. Save yourself the trouble and find a practice that will be responsive when you need them and also one that doesn't engage in hygiene theater.

    Not at all happy with this practice. I was there for a well woman exam which should have been covered 100%, but their office billed me as an office visit since the doctor and I discussed certain topics in the visit. All I did was answer the PAs questions in the appointment. An exam was not even done. It took 3 months to get a call back from the office manager who insisted that this is how insurance works and the coding of the appointment. Disappointed in a doctors office that can be so deceptive to simply get a larger pay out from insurance companies.
