        I called as a new patient for appointment and Mike answered. He said, I had to have a referral from my Dr., first & labs etc. to even make appointment with.Dr. Toma & there isnt an opening until MARCH . I just want to know WHY is she ,( Dr. Toma ) still accepting new patients???? Mike-yikes have a better day.

        First off, she speaks Spanish in case there's anyone looking for this.. that, and she's amazing! She is very patient to listen to our concerns and just a joy to talk to. Very excellent bedside manner and super smart. We love her!

        Dr. Toma truly is an asset and such a precious ally to have on your side especially for those of us who are really struggling with thyroid issues, metabolically, hormonally, or anything one could think of concerning the intricate endocrine system. I feel really comfortable with her, I feel respected and not judged like I have been by some doctors prior to finding Dr. Toma, and I feel heard as she takes the time to listen to me and any concerns I may have. I feel as if she truly cares and wants not just the bare minimum for you but for you to thrive optimally and thats a true blessing to have given the frustration when our system did not run as efficiently in the past and how awful that can make us feel. I am grateful to/for her and am looking forward to continue my healing journey while under her care.

        Dr. Toma has been my endocrinologist for the past 6 or so years. She is the best!! So smart, kind and will take her time with you. I absolutely am blessed to have her as my endocrinologist. Her practice and office staff are so kind as well. I fully trust her.

      I believe it is critical to take the time to discuss prevention, progression of disease and treatment options in detail, so you have a clear understanding of your illness and are better able to participate in your own health care.  I evaluate and treat a variety of endocrine disorders with an emphasis on diabetes and thyroid disorders.  I also have specialized training in the management of diseases of the pituitary, pancreas, bone, ovaries/gonads and adrenal glands.
