Badly ran store. I go out of my way to go to a different location. Had to come by one time after a while and waited forever. Only store like this. People that work here do not care about anything, just that it check, and it shows. Recommend new management, get these people in here in line.

I had an insurance change, I let them know about it. the lady up front at 5:30/5:45pm 01/09/2024 huffs and puffs, complains about having to do it, and charges me self pay price, when I said I don't have enough in my account that I need to xfer money the other lady laughed out loud at me. This place is very unprofessional I got there at 9:00 AM and didnt get my blood work until 10:30 AM . The nurse told me to leave and would call me within 20 minutes with my results and never called! They advertise same day results and will assist you! This was all false advertisement on there end! I went to Low T center before and its way better, they actually see and take care of you within the same day! I will be getting my money back for false advertisement and will never go back to this place! Also the lady that scheduled my appointment told me that I needed to fast for my testosterone blood work and when I asked the nurse she said that I did not need to. This place was a waste of my time and I would not recommend it!

After going to this location for 4-5 years with absolutely no issues, I was basically called a liar by Tia today due to the fact they do not show record of me taking the ANS test that I took several weeks ago. She could have explained it does not show in our system and we will need you to re take it, but instead she told me multiple times No you did not take the test. She was very rude and made me feel as if I was lying and having to defend myself. When I said I will probably just not come back here after all of the years, her only statement was Thats fine. Its unfortunate because Ive gone here for so many years and love the rest of the staff. I have never complained once about anything or treated anyone there anything but super nice and polite.
