I was really in a bind for time. I was from out of town. I had a flat on the front of my pickup. We aired it up with portable pump. I was sent to your business by the honda place where we were in the process of signing the papers on a new pioneer. Your employees looked at my tires and explained to me that we've got all of the service out of these tires and they needed to be replaced. I explained to them that I didn't really have the time to get them all replaced at this time. They told me they would put me right in the shop and replace them immediately. Your employees helped me select a new tires and less than a hour I was on my way back to the honda place. Thanks to your employees I got a new set of tires and was able to take care of my business at the honda place. I give your business a 12 on the scale of 1 to 10. Went in for alignment, quoted me $1400.00 for replacing a part that was supposedly bad and then alignment. Charged me $50.00 just to look at my truck. Went down the road to a small mom and pop shop look at it and said everything was fine, just needed alignment. Been fine ever since.
