This hotel is awesome! Always clean with comfortable beds, great service and amazing breakfast. You can't co wrong with comfort inn at any location because they're the most consistent hotel I've ever stayed at.

The bed felt like it had a piece of 1"plywood under the mattress!! Absolutely no give, killed my back. No sleep. Great pillows. Front desk great. Beds stuck.

do not stay here! You are being ripped off! I booked this hotel 9 months ago for a two-night stay April 7th through the 9th. Just this morning, March 20th, they said the hotel is being renovated so they canceled my reservation. This is fraud! They canceled because they want to double or triple the price I paid. Do not stay here. You are being ripped off! Rooms: They tripled the price on a reservation I made 9 months ago to make more money on people staying for this solar eclipse. This is a rip off. Do not support this business.

We were traveling back through and decided to stop here for the night and explore Texarkana! After reading the reviews in this and other one , it was very skeptical and hard to decide if we were going to go through with it knowing we may have a bad experience due to the reviews lol. I'm glad we gave it a try , lady at the front desk (Sherri, i believe that was her name) was super nice ! Check in went smooth , got us our rooms and she answered any questions I had. We went to the room upstairs, elevator seemed old but worked lol. Location was great , getting around with our gps was no issue. You are right around restaurants, mall, and access back to the highway. We explored the pool area, it waa great! Kids had fun. I left wet footprints going back to the room and apologized but she was super nice, put out the wet sign and cleaned it up . Room was great ! We slept just fine. TV worked. Breakfast was excellent. Best breakfast we have ever had from all the hotels we have been to. The breakfast employee and the 2 morning front desk lady's was very nice, polite, and welcoming. Kept area clean . Overall experience in this hotel was phenomenal. Our family thank you all for our great stay and glad we took our chance :)
