        The manager is unreachable to address concerns. The staff misdirects you except one kind man on how to go through the proper channels. The sheets had blood stains and the elderly caucasian woman(works kitchen) who works there is beyond rude and to only certain people she's nice. She should be trained better or fired. Go somewhere else!!! It's way too overpriced for what it is and the service provided.

        These people were amazing to talk with. They have great attitudes! The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable too! We will definitely stay here again if we come through Texarkana. I highly recommend this hotel!
