This place is special and has no equal . The staff could have a successful reality show with what happens behind the scenes. Despite all the drama, the staff go above and beyond for the residents and their well-being. When it's time for me to bother the nurses all day, I hope to find myself in a facility even half as good as WRC.

The way they treat veterans is sad. Dont leave your loved one here. Make several long visits and watch what goes on. The food and water is bad. They will not keep you informed of any health incidents. They are understaffed and nurses lie to you about their response time. The first day, the nurses and social worker puts on a big cheerful act and promise anything. The hospice (Gentiva) was horrid... Choose carefully and call your loved one daily, if you can even reach them. .Listen carefully to what they say. They are being overheard.

My Dad has only been here a week... still adjusting... but everyone was so nice and seemed to be taking well care of him so far that I could see!
