Marlandwood WEST. Will steal or lose your loved ones clothes. Make sure everything is labeled or it will disappear. My mother was only there for only one day and she said the workers rummaged through her things. She was missing shoes and many other items of clothing (newer items). I was not allowed to go to her room due to covid. I can not say how the care is there but they do seem very unorganized. Just my experience hopefully yours will be better, however I would not recommend.

I wouldn't work in the kitchen manager makes u go to work sick no matter whats. No regards to the patient health there.

The events of the past two and half years have placed a heavy burden on all of us, but especially those in the medical profession. How do you balance the demands of providing day to day care with the challenges of managing a business? Speaking from the perspective of someone who visits on a regular basis, I can say that TLC East Nursing and Rehabilitation has been a model of professional and compassionate care. The caring and compassionate atmosphere at TLC East Nursing and Rehabilitation is a direct reflection of the values of The Director of Nursing, Maxzine Holliday. My wife and I often remind ourselves that we come from another generation when professionals like Maxzine were the norm and not the exception. My sincere response to the owners and upper management is this: please continue to appreciate Maxzine and her staff. Encourage themreward them!

My mother inlaw has been a resident for over 8 years. She is always clean and well dressed. The facility is always clean and very orderly (no piles of stuff laying around). We are very staisfied with the staff and her care. Abbey & Elizabeth
