Loved the office and Dr. Jensen. Felt like everyone was very kind and considerate and had patience with me and my daughter. Dr. Jensen knew right away what the problem was and had alternative options as to help my daughter. He was very patient and kind and took his time with my daughter even though she was scared. I wish I would have known to bring records with me or have them sent to the office. Many of the questions I was asked before being seen I couldnt answer myself without the pediatricians notes. The nurse who was gathering this information became blatantly rude and disrespectful towards me. She started repeating questions I couldnt answer in aggressive tones. When I was trying to give her some clue to maybe help her be able to answer she would snap back with, thats not helpful at all thats not what I am asking! Luckily I knew this wasnt a reflection Dr. Jensen and his work. Her frustrations with myself and my kids were unprofessional. I filled out all of the paperwork before my appointment that was necessary as a new patient but that paperwork didnt ask specific questions as to medical history. I will be returning to the office but hope that the nurse that I see will be respectful towards me and my child.
