I had read the negative reviews on this practice, and thought that I would see for myself. I've been fighting what seemed to be a persistent ear infection for four months, and was feeling quite desperate for some relief. The appointment itself was awkward, as the doctor was training a medical student and treated her with obvious disdain. Other than that, the office was mostly polite and seemed fine. They advised to check with my pharmacy after 6pm or the next morning for the medicine that was prescribed. After 6pm, no medicine called in. The next day, (Saturday) no medicine, and I left a message in their voicemail. Monday I call in to the office, and they state that the medical student never finished adding my clinical notes to the computer, and they'll have to call me back about my prescriptions. At this point, I'd already been "dealing" with this pain for months, went to their office because I was at the end of my ropes, and couldn't stand it anymore. And now, they don't even care enough or just don't have "time" to get my prescriptions right and I'd had to make 4 other appointments with them for hearing tests, balance tests and allergy tests as well as a follow up... But nothing so far had been done to even begin to relieve my pain and discomfort. I didn't want to go to the emergency room, since I already knew the response would be to follow up with an ENT and nothing could really be done in an ER. They said they would call me back about my prescriptions, and I've still not heard anything back from them another 24 hours later. I've cancelled all of my follow up visits and my testing appointments. I've rescheduled with another doctor's office. We have choices in care, and I don't have to submit to the care of a physician's office that is unable to manage their work load, and do not appear to care about patients.
