I was a first time home buyer and was new to the process. I started with Torrey who was so patient and available to answer any and all of my questions. He kept me informed on the process about what I could expect. I then dealt with Holly who was very informative and explained some key points to help me understand what was to come. Then there was Amanda....I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer to work with. She made the process so easy and stress free. Communicated regularly with me to keep me up to date on status of the process. Never once did I feel like the process was overwhelming or confusing. I had heard so many stories over the years for the closing process.....There was not one issue and we were in and out at the title office in less than 30 min. Heard Homebridge had some good options so applied online they called me the next day and said we will put you down for 1:00 to speak to someone. 1:00 comes 2:00 comes 3:00 comes no call so 3:45 I call oh sorry they will call you back. Calls me back she is very nice says we need to get your score up so the payment will look better but Ill run numbers and have them over to you this afternoon or Saturday. That was Friday now today is Monday at 5:49 no call back. Not worth trying to chase them down. Timelines are everything in real estate. Guess Ill try someone else. Update: finally called back they dont offer anything special at all any lender can get you into the same products they can waste of time.
